The Arizona Jazz Festival Box Office is only open day of the event.

Box Office hours:
12:00 PM (Noon) - 9:00 PM on Saturday, April 14th
9:00 AM - 7:00 pm on Sunday, April 15th

The Arizona Jazz Festival Box Office is located onsite at The Wigwam; signs will be posted directing you where to go.

Box Office Policies

• Will Call: Ticket may be picked up once the box office opens.
  Only the person whose name is on the order with valid photo I.D. can pick up tickets.
• Method of Payments Accepted:
  We gladly accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and cash.
• All advance sales are done online or charge by phone at 602-244-8444.
• Unless otherwise noted, we have a 10-ticket limit for purchasing tickets.

• All Sales are final, no exchanges or refunds.
• The Arizona Jazz Festival is an outdoor performances and is rain or shine.
