Tickets purchased February 1st through Friday, March 15th, 2013:
Payment 1: Deposit including all ticket fees
Payment 2: April 1st, 2013

Tickets purchased January 31st through Thursday, February 28th, 2013:
Payment 1: Deposit including all ticket fees
Payment 2: March 1st, 2013
Payment 3: April 1st, 2013

Tickets purchased January 2nd through Tuesday, Janaury 29th, 2013:
Payment 1: Deposit including all ticket fees
Payment 2: February 1st, 2013
Payment 3: March 1st, 2013
Payment 4: April 1st, 2013

Tickets purchased through Friday, December 28th, 2012:
Payment 1: Deposit including all ticket fees
Payment 2: January 1st, 2013
Payment 3: February 1st, 2013
Payment 4: March 1st, 2013
Payment 5: April 1st, 2013

All payment plan tickets have a $15 payment plan fee per ticket order & $30 per package order. There is a limit of 10 payment plan tickets per order. Payments are processed on the 1st of every month. Payment plan ticket sales end on Friday, March 15, 2012 for the April 12 - 14 Festival.

All sales are final. There will be no reissues for lost or stolen tickets. The Arizona Jazz Festival 2013 is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine. All acts advertised have confirmed their appearance at the Arizona Jazz Festival 2013, however acts are subject to change without notice. Orders will begin shipping in March after your final payment has successfully processed. Remember to have your order shipped to an address where you or your authorized representative will be in March. You will be notified via email as to when your order has been shipped. Depending on the delivery option you choose, you should expect your order to arrive no more than 7 days after you receive confirmation that your order has shipped. If you have not received your order and it has been 7 days or more since your order shipped please contact us. If you elect to have your tickets at Will Call, your tickets will be available at the Box Office starting Friday, April 12, 2013.

Your first payment will serve to secure your ticket(s). All subsequent payments will be automatically charged to the credit card used for the initial purchase. All ticket fees included will be added to your 1st payment. IMPORTANT: If, for any reason, any of your payments are declined, in whole or in part, then all of the following will apply: (i) your order and your tickets will be cancelled (ii) any payment received as of that date will be kept by Arizona Jazz Festival as partial offset for your default, (iii) you will still owe the balance of the full amount due for each ticket and you authorize Alternatix, Inc., BTWconcerts.com LLC and the Arizona Jazz Festival to charge your credit card for any balance due, (iv) Alternatix, Inc. , BTWconcerts.com and Arizona Jazz Festival will be entitled to pursue all of their legal and equitable remedies to recover the full payment from you, and (v) you agree to pay all costs of collection incurred by Alternatix, Inc., BTWconcerts.com LLC and Arizona Jazz Festival, including legal fees, that they may incur in collecting the balance of each ticket price. Payment plan tickets are subject to all of the other terms of the ticketing agreement.
